Community Iftar Event: A Night of Unity

Last Saturday, our masjid hosted one of the largest community iftars of the year, bringing together over 300 families for an evening of worship, food, and fellowship.

Event Highlights

The Gathering Families began arriving before sunset, spreading out blankets and catching up with friends old and new. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation and joy.

Breaking the Fast As the Adhan for Maghrib echoed through the hall, everyone broke their fast together with dates and water, just as the Prophet (peace be upon him) taught us.

The Meal Our wonderful volunteers served a delicious spread featuring dishes from various cultures represented in our diverse community.

Program After dinner, young children presented nasheed performances, followed by a short reminder from our Imam about the blessings of community.
